There was this moment back in the castle where Alfred comes back from a mission and falls asleep when he arrived at her bedside. She goes to visit Dirk without letting Alfred know and they just met each other in the basement and the two talk about Dirk. So, she visits Klaus in the library to ask him how to deal with the situation, but he proves to not be too helpful and she calls up Gerda to consult her.

Lo and behold, it works and marvelously too. One day, he asks her if he could meet Alfred here in his mind. They exit the dream and report back to Matheus. The next day, Matheus calls both of them and discusses their wedding plans.
