So, they should use LiveUpdate. The user can not start an "Live Update" manually. Only if i give the users more privileges PowerUsers they can launch "Live Update".

I actually went through the log myself and looked up questionable files. I found one that I thought was suspicious, and deleted it. After that live update was able to connect and update everything.
